Our Digital Marketing and Research Team is seeking a Data & Digital Marketing Specialist, enabling our firm to recruit the highest quality Finance and Accounting professionals in our market.

Responsibilities

• Creation of regular Organic and Promoted Content in Canva
• Assisting with Job Postings to drive applicant engagement
• Assisting with our monthly Newsletters, Campaigns, and Audiences in Hubspot
• Updating and Maintaining our Company Website and Social Media
• Occasional Marketing based data-enrichment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 0 - 2 + years of work experience in data-driven marketing, graphic design, or similar creative field. (Open to a current college student or a recent graduate)
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to organize data in meaningful ways to help drive engagement
• Basic Excel Skills, familiarity with CRM systems preferred
• Desire to leverage data to improve systems and processes
