Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Remote Data Analyst to support one of our clients in Virginia. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Required Skills:

• Minimum of two years of professional experience working as a Data Analyst
• Must be proficient with SQL and Python for querying and structuring necessary data.
• Previous experience creating data visualizations using Tableau.
• Background in Risk or Audit Management financial data
• Strong communication skills for client and interacting with leadership with the ability to communicate effectively with Technical and Non-Technical personnel.

• Working with financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand regulatory requirements
• Develop visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports using Tableau
• Review and optimize SQL queries for efficiency and accuracy, ensuring data integrity and reliability
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Partner with the business to provide consultancy and translate the business needs to design and develop tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization
