As the IT Help Desk Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal staff in resolving technology-related issues and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This position requires strong technical knowledge, impeccable problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.

In addition to providing technical support, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with IT professionals and managers in implementing IT projects and initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking equipment.
  • Respond to help desk inquiries and provide timely assistance to resolve user problems.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to document and update technical procedures and guidelines.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the company's IT inventory.
  • Support users in utilizing IT systems and software effectively by providing guidance and training.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical tasks simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
