Job Description: As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, working closely with the Center Operations Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include welcoming patients, obtaining medical histories, assisting providers during examinations and treatment, performing ancillary testing, dispensing medications, and supporting the front office team as needed.

Job Description: As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, working closely with the Center Operations Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include welcoming patients, obtaining medical histories, assisting providers during examinations and treatment, performing ancillary testing, dispensing medications, and supporting the front office team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and obtain medical histories
- Assist providers during examinations and treatment
- Perform ancillary testing and tasks as ordered by the Center Medical Director
- Dispense medications within the scope of practice and in accordance with state regulations
- Assist the front office team as needed
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume healthcare center
- Proficiency in performing physicals and other MA duties
- Certification as a Medical Assistant
- Ability to work 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
- Local candidates only; must be able to start within 2 weeks of Concentra confirmation
- 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
