Day to day responsibilities will include

• Provide IT support to company end users via phone, in person, or through the support of any IT delivered service.
• Demonstrates company values through behavior, support, and mentorship of fellow team members.
• Advanced IT hardware and software support.
• Solves complex computer issues. Develops best practices and strategies for undocumented technologies and/or issues.
• Ability to verify and report trends and make recommendations to improve system functionality.
• Understand and support the company game plan.
• Acts as Change Agent to support effectiveness, improvement, and development of IT business applications and processes.
• Flexible with scheduling to work the day and hours needed by the business.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of remote technical support experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Windows 10/11 endpoints
• Microsoft Productivity Suite (M365)
• Thin Client Terminals
• Mac OS
• Chrome OS
• iOS devices
• Remote Troubleshooting Tools
• Understanding of the ITIL framework
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM.
• Basic TCP/IP
• IBM Series i (AS/400) Experience Preferred
• Network and Shared Printing Preferred
• Endpoint Configuration Manager Preferred

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS (Not required)

• Cisco Certification
• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience
