Job Title: Administrative Support Analyst IV

Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Support Analyst IV to provide senior executive-level secretarial and administrative support, as well as human resources support for the PM and other key personnel as necessary. The successful candidate will handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Additionally, they will manage the PM's calendar using MS Outlook and perform in a leadership role in providing administrative and general office support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior executive-level secretarial and administrative travel support, as well as human resources support for the PM and others as necessary.
  • Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
  • Manage PM's calendar using MS Outlook.
  • Perform in a leadership role in providing administrative and general office support.
  • Prepare a variety of documents, including correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software.
  • Advise writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications.
  • Train lower-level administrative support analysts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and over 5 years of relevant experience, OR
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent and over 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Expert in MS Office Suite of Software.
  • Proficient with Defense Travel System.
  • Knowledgeable in MS SharePoint.
