Job Description **Hybrid - 4 days a week onsite in Boston, MA.**

Our insurance client is looking for a Solutions Architect to join their team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay Rate: Up to $85.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.

Responsibilities of the Solutions Architect:Understand business requirements and design innovative solutions using UIPath, Java, J2EE, Spring, Angular, AWS, KubernetesDevelop architectural designs and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycleImplement best practices and standards for software development, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of solutionsAnalyze and improve the technical architecture of processes before automationSign off on the business automation and technical requirementsDesign automation solutions using UiPath and other relevant technologiesOversee the development of the automation projects and components according to the solution design and requirementsOversee the testing, deployment, hypercare, and monitoring stagesConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural principlesConceive solutions, build consensus, and execute hands-on development tasks when necessaryFocus on strategies for creating value across products, distribution channels, agency interfaces, and customer interfacesAnalyze the current architecture to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvementsRequirements of the Solutions Architect:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 to 7 years of experience in technology architectureProven experience as a Solution Architect or similar roleHands-on experience with cloud computing platformsExperience in designing and implementing RPA solutions using UIPath or similar toolsExperience with application integrationExperience with J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and SOAExperience with EAP, WebSphere, and TomcatStrong background in Java, J2EE, Spring, Angular, AWS, Kubernetes, serverless lambda, and RPA (UIPath)Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization technologiesIn-depth knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and best practicesKnowledge of the Drools rules engineFamiliarity with web content management, document management, and collaboration toolsPlease be advised- If anyone reaches out to you about an open position connected with Eliassen Group, please confirm that they have an Eliassen.com email address and never provide personal or financial information to anyone who is not clearly associated with Eliassen Group.
