Program Manager

Position Description:
Sprezzatura is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the CORP Technical
Management Support program at the Department of Veterans Affairs. This fully remote role is
ideal for an individual with extensive experience in managing IT projects and product lines
within a government setting, particularly within Veterans Affairs. The candidate will be
responsible for integrating complex technology solutions to enhance IT service delivery and
align with strategic organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of IT services across various product lines, ensuring alignment with
strategic goals and compliance with VA standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans that outline project
scope, resources, timelines, and milestones.
Directly manage and coordinate the lifecycle of multiple product lines, ensuring
integration and consistency across projects and alignment with overall strategic
objectives.
Monitor and report on project schedules, work plans, risks, budgets, and deliverables,
ensuring projects meet targeted goals and timelines.
Coordinate the integration of technical management support across projects, focusing on
achieving high-quality IT service delivery.
Facilitate effective communication across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring
clarity and alignment on project objectives and status.
Engage in continuous improvement efforts by identifying process enhancements,
implementing advanced technology solutions, and optimizing operational workflows.
Manage risk by identifying potential issues, assessing their impact, and implementing
appropriate mitigation strategies.
Ensure all project activities and deliverables comply with VA guidelines and process
requirements, maintaining high standards of governance and control.
Responsible for the strategic planning and management of product lines, including
defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and guide
product development.
Collaborate with product teams to define, refine, and validate product requirements and
ensure products meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related
field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project and product management within a
government or similar regulatory environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee multiple IT product lines, ensuring strategic
alignment and operational efficiency.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
simultaneously and deliver results on time.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage
effectively with all levels of management and staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
Extensive experience in strategic planning, with a strong understanding of how to align
IT projects and product lines with organizational goals.
Familiarity with the operational procedures and regulatory requirements of the Veterans
Affairs or similar government agencies.

This position is fully remote, allowing the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United
States. Please note, due to the requirements of this contract with the Department of Veterans
Affairs, candidates must reside in the U.S. and work may not be performed from outside the
country.
