Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (08:00 - 19:00)
Description:
Social Worker
Quantity = 3 full time; 40 hours/week
Education = LBSW, LMSW or LCSW-C with appropriate rate adjustments based on level of licensure
Candidate is expected to be able to hit the ground running with about 3 days of orientation.
Term = prefer contract-to-hire candidates
Work = 4 x 10 hour shifts (0830-1900), every 4th weekend (up to every other w/e as agency only), one holiday per year (as staff)
Experience = minimally 2 years hospital inpatient med-surg/critical care discharge planning; no therapists
Travelers are able to work with a pending license for 6 months while waiting for the MD license.
