This Branch is responsible for the administration of critical Human Resources (HR) and Talent Management systems to include ensuring operational capability, report generation, upgrades, and communication with the Office of Science and Technology (OST), Treasury, National Finance Center (NFC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) on system issues.As an Information Systems Program Manager, GS-0301-13/14, our typical work assignments may include:* Serves as an Information Systems Program Manager for various Information Systems and Talent Management Systems (TMS).* Conducts systemic review and analysis of existing systems, processes, and procedures and leads activities and teams to streamline them in accordance with management needs, best practices, standard operating procedures, and enabling technology.* Coordinates the execution of data audits to ensure the integrity and currency of data. Documents audit results for HRPD management; ensures that invalid data is deleted or corrected; and recommends actions to address recurring or significant data entry technical and operational issues.* Develops and implements an annual training and communication plan to address the HRIS/TMS related training needs of employees, supervisors, HR specialists and/or training managers.* Prepares and presents briefing papers, reports, statistical analysis, or other information on system initiatives.If selected at the GS-13, duties would be performed in a developmental role until they reached the GS14.HelpRequirementsConditions of EmploymentThe time-in-grade requirement must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
