Examples of qualifying specialized experience at the next lower level for this position include: (a) Expert experience preparing complex reports, directives, position papers, policies, as well as expert knowledge to solicit/present information; (b) experience assisting with the development, update identification, evaluation, and recommendation of agency/organizational programs and/or resources; (c) Expert experience researching problems and providing solutions, including evaluating the content of new or modified policies, SOPs to determine impact on agency/organizational programs and/or resources; (d) experience working in both an independent and team-based environment; (e) experience serving as a contracting officer's representative (COR) and (f) Expert experience utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods for assessing and improving management processes; develop methods to resolve administrative problems and negotiate with management to accept and/or implement recommendations.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
