Job Summary

As a Day Habilitation Manager, you'll support daily group and skill-building activities in the community, helping individuals develop and maintain skills for competitive employment and community involvement. You'll provide guidance on teaching methods, ensure meaningful community engagement, and manage day-to-day operations to enhance participants' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and oversee individualized schedules and community activities

* Review staff time, vehicle information, and medication delivery

* Lead and document staff meetings and training

* Manage budget, staff schedules, and service delivery accuracy

* Foster positive relationships with participants, staff, families, and community partners

* Use technology to support communication and service delivery

* Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements

* Monitor attendance and documentation for accurate billing

* Support recruitment, hiring, and training of new employees

Qualifications

Qualifications

* At least 18 years old

* Associate's Degree preferred (or 8 years of relevant experience)

* Experience in employment support and working with individuals with developmental disabilities

* Valid Maryland driver's license and insured personal vehicle

* Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills

* Ability to complete required training and operate relevant technology
