Minimal Administrative On/Call Rotation
The Mobile Vascular Access Nursing Operations Manager oversees the mobile vascular nursing access team located at three facilities including Johns Hopkins Bayview, Suburban and Sibley Hospitals.
They lead a skilled team proficient in ultrasound-guided central catheter placement and management. Responsibilities include patient flow, scheduling, resource allocation for home infusion patients, and ensuring top-quality care with evidence-based practice.
Requirements:
BSN required | MSN preferred
Current and unrestricted RN licensure or compacted licensure in MD & DC.
Current BLS certification
Experience:
At least 3 years of Supervisory or Management Experience
Minimum of 3 years hospital experience as a vascular access nurse.
Infusion nursing experience preferred
Peripheral, Mid-line, and PICC placement experience required
