Job Description Summary:

To competently interpret the patient's history, perform a complete diagnostic evaluation, communicate findings, and develop treatment plan; to initiate therapy and progress the patient's through the treatment plan; to educate and counsel patient, family members, and staff, depending on their needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree (Required)ASHA CCC-SLP - ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) - American Speech Language Hearing AssociationAmerican Speech Language Hearing Association, DL-HC - Driver's License only if in a Home Care department - Department of Motor VehiclesDepartment of Motor Vehicles, SLP - Speech Language Pathologist - American Speech Language Hearing AssociationAmerican Speech Language Hearing Association

American Speech Lang Hearing Assoc and Cert of clinical Competence Speech Lang Pathology is required.

For this position, in the Home Care department only, Minimum Qualifications include: Valid state driver's license, Minimum of eighteen (18) years old, Have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), Must provide proof of insurance, if applicable.
