Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to join our dynamic team. The SLP-CF will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to gain valuable clinical experience while providing comprehensive speech therapy services to patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to coordinate patient care.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) as outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
