Responsibilities of

an RN Supervisor:

Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, including licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). Coordinate and oversee patient care plans, ensuring adherence to standards and protocols. Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs, monitor care quality, and address any issues promptly. Assist in staff training, development, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized care for residents. Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient care activities.

Qualifications of

an RN Supervisor:

Must be a Registered or Licensed Nurse in PA

Proven experience as a Registered Nurse Supervisor or similar role in a nursing home setting.
