LOCAL BILL RATE is the same as Travel BR for this unit Position Description: Pharmacist able to work 8H rotational shifts (07:00AM -3:30PM, 10AM 6:30 PM, 2:30 PM 10:30 PM) and Every other weekend rotational (7:00AM 3:30PM or 11:00AM - 7:30 PM). Must have 2 years of inpatient Pharmacy Practice experience. Compounded Sterile Product Preparation and Sterile IV Room is REQUIRED and must be in the work history notes. Required: Pyxis and EPIC experience- must be listed on work history.Required Upon Submission: Technicians must possess and maintain PharmD or BS Pharmacy Degree. MUST HAVE MD LICENSE at time of submission. COVID vaccine required. Medical Declination accepted, Must have signed and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission will be dropped.
