Job description
- Maintains equipment, parts and supplies by performing ongoing preventative maintenance; timely follow up on services calls and the closing of work order tickets.
- Supports the facility department by helping to keep track of outstanding work orders; communicates concerns in a timely manner and partners with the facility team to ensure regulatory requirements are established and maintained.
- Works closely with the facility team to help ensure good safety practices are being utilized in all work areas, and reports areas of concerns in a timely manner to the building manager.
- Provides assistance in maintaining an attractive facility; supports the facility team in training, development, and the roll out of new technology and equipment. Keeps abreast of educational opportunities for self-development.
