Medical Declination accepted, Must have signed and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission will be dropped. Flu Season begins 10/2/2023. Any candidates starting after 10/2 must have their Flu vaccine or a valid Medical Declination prior to starting. Flu does not need to be in the packet at time of submission, however if they do not receive it or provide a valid medical declination prior to starting, they will not be able to start UMMs will not accept professionals that have attended one of these schools identified by the DOJ.
