Job description
The Chief Advancement Officer reports to the President and will lead the advancement department, including overseeing the UDC Foundation, and collaborate with campus leaders to advance the university's strategic priorities. Furthermore, the Chief Advancement Officer will develop the strategic advancement plan laying out short-, mid-, and long-term goals in alignment with new University Strategic, "Delivering on the Promise" and subsequent strategic plans adopted by the University and in consultation with senior leaders. Overall, the Chief Advancement Officer manages all; aspects of development and alumni relations for the University, from prospect identification to gift solicitation to engagement. In addition, the Chief Advancement Officer plays an important role in maintaining relationships with the University constituencies to enhance university relations.
