The Purchasing manager is responsible for the vendor term negotiations, prices, and schedules delivery using knowledge of budget and schedule requirements. Must have strong mechanical and technical negotiation skills.

• Bachelor s or master s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of Purchasing related experience or demonstrated knowledge.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in a machine shop environment.
• Knowledge of Metal-mechanic manufacturing processes.
• Technical drawing reading skills.
• Technical capacity and the ability to provide technical guidance.
• Initiative and results-driven.
