We are seeking a passionate, client-centered School-Based Therapist to provide mental health services to children and adolescents in Baltimore County Public Schools.
We welcome both new and seasoned therapists and provide clinical training and close supervision organized around each therapist's need and skill level. Newly graduated/licensed encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide trauma-informed counseling services to students
- Assess treatment progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Coordinate care with school staff, families, and treatment teams
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
- Administer assessments and measure treatment outcomes
- Crisis intervention and management of high-risk clients
- Comply with regulations, ethical codes, and confidentiality standards
- Graduate degree in counseling or social work (LGPC, LMSW. LCPC, LCSW-C)
- Passion for working with children/adolescents and their families
- Knowledge of developmental needs, trauma concepts, evidence-based practices
- Strong clinical skills - CBT, MI, solutions-focused, supportive therapy etc.
- Crisis management and suicide prevention skills
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
- Openness to clinical training, supervision, and continuing education
- $500 bonus on anniversary (1 time bonus)
- Weekly supervision if not licensed
