This role requires a balance of sales acumen, industry knowledge, and exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Develop and implement strategies to source and acquire new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Provide personalized financial planning advice to clients, focusing on risk management and insurance strategies.
Keep abreast of new industry trends, products, and regulations to offer up-to-date advice to clients.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Participate in ongoing profession al development and training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.

Qualifications:
Qualification to get paid on 1099 .
Ready to learn on insurance sales or financial advising, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Good to have or Ready to Learn on Strong understanding of insurance products, financial planning concepts, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
