Position: Mental Health Therapist
Location: Reston, Virginia
Work Environment: Teen and Young Adult Outpatient Treatment Center

Qualifications:

You must currently have a clinical or provisional license in Virginia ( _LPC, LCSW LCMFT) (Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work, LMSW, Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy)_- _If you are licensed in another state, you must be able to transfer your license to Virginia before you start date._
1 year of experience working in an outpatient, detox or residential treatment setting.
1 year of experience treating substance use disorders.
You must be proficient in using clinical skills and modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and documenting your work.
Master's Degree from an accredited university

Compensation and Benefits

First Year Income : $70,000-$99,000 (First Year Income) depending on your qualifications and experience.

Sandstone Care is a treatment program specializing in working with adolescents and young adults struggling with mental health disorders. We deliver care through an innovative treatment approach which addresses not only their mental health concerns, but also supports the entire ecosystem including treating the broader family system, providing academic & vocational support, and helping clients build new, healthy communities to support their longer term recovery.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
