Job description
1. 0 IT experience required - if they have it, it's a plus
2. Security+ (if they don't have it, need to obtain w/in 120 days of being hired)
3. TS/SCI with CI Poly (within the last 5 years) | Contract CANNOT hold full-scope. Top Skills:
1. Positive Attitude
2. Driven, willing to learn and take on responsibility, mold-able Room for Advancement:
-Hiring manager who now oversees all of the Tier 1 sites started in this position 3 years ago
-They encourage people to use the experience they gain on this team "as a stepping stone" to catapult their IT career
-Will create visibility to other teams or even other programs in the DMV and nation-wide Technical Exposure:
-Unlike many Tier 1 environments, these people will not pigeon-holed technically and will be doing upwards of Tier 3 type of work
-Larger resume building workload than other Tier 1 environments offer
