Job Description Salary:Established in 2009 by Steve Casey, Casey Construction is a Commercial Drywall & Floor Prep contractor built upon a family tradition of building relationships and providing quality interior finishes. Casey provides services all throughout the metro Washington, DC area and Raleigh, North Carolina. Our projects range across a variety of industries including life sciences, healthcare, law, government, and technology, which primarily consist of tenant fit-outs and interior renovations.

Position Summary : The Assistant Project Manager will assist with project managing work while building excellent lasting relationships with our customers. The APM will assist with managing the project from hand-off to completion.

Responsibilities :Assist with oversight of multiple construction projects from start to finish, including assisting with the management of personnel on projectsAttend on site project meetings with clients as requiredAssist with processing RFI s, Shop Drawings, Submittals, Daily Job Reports and other required formsRead and interpret construction drawings and specificationsAssist with overseeing all phases to ensure routine actions of the jobAssist with making certain work is being built in accordance with contract documentsAssist with ensuring material coordination and correctness with Supers and othersAssist with implementing contract preparation, on-site coordination quality control and tracking costsAssist with the

oversight/management

of material, equipment, contracts, and budgetsMaintain understanding of all local, city, and state building codes in assigned locationsContinuously develop and improve upon knowledge for all product linesAssist with ensuring all are committed to safety and qualityOther duties as assigned

Qualifications : Three (3) years experience working in construction is preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costsAbility to multi-taskExcellent organizational skillsAbility to lead with customer service and schedules in mind
