If you seek a role that offers you the opportunity to advise government organizations on complex issues, challenges you to think both analytically and strategically, and can develop personally and professionally, consider a career in Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory s Strategic Risk practice.Work you ll do:As a Risk Quantification & Modeling Specialist , you are responsible for supporting the ERM team with various duties and functions including Risk Management, Risk Strategies, Risk Analysis and Risk Quantification. The ERM team is responsible for executing risk management projects for client(s) including planning the ERM program design, developing the ERM program and implementing ERM program strategies. Our enterprise risk management professionals advise state, local, federal and higher education clients on the enterprise risks that interfere with the organization s ability to meet mission goals. Applicants must be able to problem solve, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.Role sits in Arlington, VA.Duties include but not limited toDigesting large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information and design briefings for senior leadership (SES) reviewCreation and planning of objectives and policies that will achieve successful Risk identification, management and governanceConducting risk analysis, risk dashboarding and risk mitigation planningRequired QualificationsBachelor s degreeMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureActive Secret security clearance required, or ability to obtain quickly2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas - risk management, or cyber risk managementExperience with managing risks to an organization, its employees, stakeholders, assets and operationsExperience supporting risk strategies, objectives and policies that will achieve successful risk identification, management and governanceExperience with conducting risk analysis, risk dashboarding or risk mitigation planningRisk quantification and quantitative background experiencePrior Military experience (either as a Fed or Contractor) or experience supporting the defense industryAbility to work onsite in Arlington VA at least 4 days a weekPreferred:Active Top Secret security clearancePrevious Federal Government or Consulting experienceInformation for applicants with a need for accommodation:#LI-JW3Recruiting tipsFrom developing a stand out resume to putting your best foot forward in the interview, we want you to feel prepared and confident as you explore opportunities at Deloitte.
