If you are a driven individual with a passion for project execution and achieving successful results, we invite you to apply for this fantastic opportunity.Compensation and Benefits:Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 based on experienceComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage401k planResponsibilities:Analyze project plans and specifications to estimate the total cost of materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.Develop detailed and accurate bids for projects.Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and prices for materials and services required for the project.Efficiently schedule field technicians on a daily and weekly basis to manage the workflow of incoming work orders and jobs.Conduct site visits as needed to provide hands-on supervision and ensure the successful completion of work according to specifications and quality standards.Identify, document, and prepare change orders as they arise during a job or work order.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and construction workers to facilitate collaboration and ensure project success.Management of Subcontractor Relationships.Qualifications:MUST have experience in estimating.Extensive experience in general construction and repairs.5 years of Construction/Maintenance experience is required.Property Management Experience A Plus .Proficient in computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Zuper.Must be willing to be On-Call on a rotating schedule for after-hours emergency calls.
