Plan for, manage, and control the delivery of services and activities for Federal client agencies.* Oversee and ensure the provision of quality customer service and support to a diverse customer base by the assessment of customers' needs and satisfaction of customers' expectations.* Understand Asset Life Cycles, smart buildings and the management of facilities post Energy Saving Performance Contract (ESPC) commissioning.
