Job Responsibilities:

• Develop novel immunoassays and conduct serological assays like ELISAs and Luminex assays on blood samples.
• Summarize and report data to supervisors, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management.
• Adhere to SOPs and contribute to the development of new procedures.
• Identify and address issues affecting data integrity, participating in troubleshooting as needed.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork, multitasking to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain safety standards for working with infectious microorganisms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or related field.
• Proficiency in ligand binding technologies (ELISA, MSD, Luminex) and aseptic cell culture techniques.
• Familiarity with basic protein characterization methods (SDS PAGE gel, western blots).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and specific software like SoftMax PRO and GraphPad PRISM.
• Experience with bioanalytical assays in plate-based and cell-based formats, including basic laboratory techniques.
• Commitment to accurate documentation, teamwork, and adaptability to evolving priorities and procedures.
