IT Analyst (Junior Level and Senior Level)

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. is looking for an IT Analyst (Jr Level and Sr Level) to support our NAVSEA customer in Washington, DC.

The IT Analyst will provide IM support services to the PEO USC Activity Chief Information Officer (ACIO)/Chief Information Officer (CIO); provide IT Engineering expertise and support for programs and systems to include tasks such as data fusion, architecture; support IS management initiatives such as developing and maintaining tools, databases, and web sites; provide liaison, technical and management support to effectively provide support for the NIPRNet and SIPRNet equipment and facilities employed by PEO USC; develop and maintain Internet web pages as required; perform database development, maintenances, and updates; provide direct on-site IT and other support services for daily operation, maintenance, and scheduling of the PEO USC Technology and Acquisition Needs Center (TANC) and/or other conference rooms under PEO USC control.

Position Requirements

• Supervisory experience (Sr Level Only)
• Experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel. (Sr Level Only)
• Experience with DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process), Naval Science and Technology (S&T) Strategies and Future Naval Capabilities (FNC) programs and Foreign Military Sales (Sr Level Only)

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Business Management discipline or preferred experience
• Preferred: 5 years professional experience Engineering or Computer Science (Jr Level Only)
• Preferred: 15 years professional experience Engineering or Computer Science (Sr Level Only)
• Desired/Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (Sr Level Only)
