If you candidate is qualified, we will EM you this form directly to fill out, once received, we will submit to manager for review.*** Hyperbaric Medicine Clinic. Min of 2 years ICU experience, hyperbaric oxygen therapy experience preferred but not required, larger HCF and level 1 exp required. 10H Rotating Shifts. Every 4th weekend On call required and & one on-call night per week, every other Holiday. Critical Care designated multi-place hyperbaric chamber for inpatient, outpatient and emergency cases. Patient Population (Diagnoses): Necrotizing soft tissue infections, radiation cystitis, air gas embolism, carbon monoxide, ALL AGES. Special Equipment Used: iv pumps, invasive monitoring, ventilator, monitor, EVD. Scrubs: Light Pink, Floating may be required as needed Submission Packet must show # of beds, Trauma Level and EMR on their Work History or they will be dropped. BLS, ACLS and NIHSS required, must be in packet at time of submission. Must have active MD/Compact license in packet at time of submission. COVID vaccine required.
