is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to support an Enterprise client in the Herndon VA office. This role would focus on supporting the team with Design, implement, and maintain a platform that provides secure access to extensive datasets.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain a platform that provides secure access to extensive datasets.Collaborate with various business clients, collect requirements, and provide comprehensive data solutions.Architect and build scalable end-to-end data infrastructure and pipelines.Develop tools and services that aid in data discovery, lineage, resilience, and adherence to privacy standards across the data platform.Take charge of the design, development, and upkeep of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc., to inform critical business decisions.Create an ETL pipeline that connects diverse datasets in the most efficient manner to meet analysis goals.Tackle and resolve issues at their core, taking a step back to grasp the wider context.Possess knowledge and comprehension of a wide array of Amazon's and AWS's data resources, discerning when and how to utilize them effectively.Stay abreast of developments in big data technologies and conduct pilot projects to evolve the data architecture in line with growing data volumes using AWS.
