1. Tool Installation and Configuration

o Experience in setting up Distributed workspace and parallel Execution environment.

o Experience in setting up DEX server and agent configurations; Familiarity with DEX ports and unattended executions.

o Very good understanding of System Requirements for Tricentis Tosca Server

o Workspace migration from local to central repo

o Adapt Tosca configurations to meet evolving team s requirements.

o License and user access management.

o Database installation and maintenance.

2. Technical Support

o CICD Pipeline Setup for Tosca using Harness & Jenkins

o Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues or errors that users encounter while using the Tosca tool.

o Coordinating with Tricentis team for support tickets

o Maintenance and Upgrades: Ensuring that the Tosca tool is up to date with the latest patches and versions and performing any necessary maintenance tasks.

o Engage with vendor resources such as forums, webinars, and user groups.

o Provide feedback to the vendor on tool improvements or feature requests.

3. Proof of Concept for DQEs

o Perform proof of concept for any new technologies /feature implementation using tosca capabilities DI, DEX, Tosca distribution server, Automation Object Service, and demo various teams.

o POCs with Tosca for different Release Trains involving alternative tech stacks like Kafka.
