Full-Time Pre Admissions Registered Nurse (PAT RN)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Full-Time PAT Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the pre-operative assessment of patients, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from admission to surgery.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments of patients
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Provide education to patients and their families regarding pre-operative instructions and post-operative care
Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and legal standards
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient record.

Required Skills:
Active RN license in VA.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a surgical or perioperative setting
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Current CPR certification
