US National Sales Manager


Agentis Air is actively seeking a professional, skilled individual to drive sales growth while providing exceptional customer service. The US National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new distributors and direct sales of Brio brand of room air purifiers into commercial and residential markets.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other functions may be assigned.

  • A thorough understanding of Brio products, and a general understanding of air purification technology.
  • Prospect, acquire, and cultivate new business opportunities and relationships.
  • Set account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
  • Responsible for identifying, prospecting, closing and maintaining relationships with a national reseller network.
  • Ensure high post sale satisfaction by facilitating positive, long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with resellers and customers.
  • Maintain accurate call history and account sales activity within the CRM system.
  • Provide input into Product Development process by representing the customer in the product development cycle.


QUALIFICATIONS & MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • A unique combination of education, experience, or demonstrated accomplishments will be considered. Bachelor of Science in Engineering is preferred. Bachelor of Arts Degree in a technical or business-related field. 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing in the HVAC industry.
  • Knowledge of methods for showing, promoting, and selling products. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of a well-developed sales process.
  • Ability to listen and gain trust to build lasting relationships with prospects.
  • Experience with mechanical contractors and commercial service contractors preferred.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, customer relations, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Ability to function independently and deliver results.
