All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at time of employment.Responsibilities:Leadsa team in supporting justice grants programs in the area of technical assistance, data collection and analysis, assessment, and Federal performance measurementP erforms day-to-day management of contract support operations, ensures quality standards and work performance on all tasks, supports task execution, plans, organizes, and oversees work efforts, assigns resources, manages personnel, provides risk management, ensures quality management, monitors overall project, and contract performanceMaintains a trusted relationship by providing clear and consistent communication with client and contractor leadership on progressResponsible for the quality of work, personnel, and adherence to timeline and deliverablesCollaborate closely with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service and achieving mission resultsApply excellent research, analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clientsContribute to our company culture, which promotes client-focused teamwork, learning, and helping others to grow and developRequired Qualifications7+ yearsof relevant job experience and knowledge of justice research, analysis, project management, assessment, and/or performance measures.
