Workfront Training Consultant

Job description

We have a great opportunity for a Workfront Training Consultant to develop and execute training plans, pathways, and materials to effectively train clients on systems, process changes, and new technologies to jumpstart their digital transformation.

Note: this is a remote, work from home position
As a Training Consultant at LeapPoint, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with clients to understand training needs and learning requirements
  • Support the creation of a curriculum to include the identification of objectives, goals, outcomes, and assessments
  • Create training collateral based on curriculum using a variety of modalities to include PowerPoints, video, word documentation, and other SaaS - based solutions
The following skills will set you up for success:
  • 1-3 years experience with training creation and delivery
  • 1-3 years of change management
  • 2 years of Workfront or similar SaaS experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and relationship skills
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and able to prioritize personal workload
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions

Travel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travel
