Job description
LPR International is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide support for a client's Adult Evaluation and Review Services program. This position requires travel throughout Prince George's County to complete patient visits.
AERS staff conducts comprehensive evaluations to identify home and community-based services for individuals at risk of institutionalization. The evaluation is conducted in the client's home or current location.

Job Duties:
- Completes a Plan of Care outlining the medical and psychosocial needs of the client.
- Teaches and demonstrates basic nursing care procedures and health promotion concepts to clients, families, and other appropriate individuals.
- Documents assessments, treatment intervention and progress in agency medical records in accordance with the Health Department, State and Federal guidelines.
- Prepares required nursing and program reports.
- Confers with staff from hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and Support Planners regarding care and placement of chronically ill individuals.
- Performs other duties and task, which are within the general occupational category and responsibility, consistent with the mandates of the client.
Minimum Qualifications:
- RN (license issued by the State of Maryland)
- A valid driver's license (must have own car to travel throughout Prince George's County)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Programs, ability to type at a minimum of 35 words per minute
