Requirements:

* Minimum 2 + years of recent case management experience in an acute care hospital setting performing utilization review and discharge planning

* RN with willingness to gain licensure in other states

* ACM, CCM preferred

* well rounded clinical background

* Proficient with Interqual

* Ability to travel
