The Controls & Accessories Supplier Delivery Manager will work with suppliers to ensure capacity, readiness and raw materials are positioned to support future production and delivery schedules. You will gain visibility over sub-tier suppliers performance and constraints, notably providers of electricals and electronics, and help the suppliers influence their sub-tiers and resolve issues affecting their deliveries.****Job Description****

**Roles and Responsibilities**

The Controls & Accessories Supplier Delivery Manager will drive delivery strategy and execution at assigned suppliers.

In addition, you will:

* Drive delivery health measured by high on-time delivery, low span, and low delinquency across all assigned suppliers and part numbers

* Identify and resolve input material risks through raw material reviews with suppliers

* Monitor the performance and understand constraints of key sub-tier suppliers, notably those, like distributors of electronics, whose core business is not the aviation industry

* Identify capacity risks at suppliers

* Collaborate with suppliers to execute capacity plans

* Ensure suppliers process WIP on schedule

* Solve logistics problems to ensure successful delivery outcomes for our customers

* Manage supplier relationships, create supplier accountability as outlined in GE Aviations Supplier Expectations

* Communicate timely, articulately, and effectively across key stakeholders at multiple levels of leadership

* Monitor successful execution by supplier

* Apply early risk identification techniques to deliveries

* Coordinate with functional experts to resolve those problems before impact to internal customers

**Required Qualifications**

* Bachelors degree from an accredited college or institution (OR a High school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years experience in relevant Supply Chain roles)

* A minimum of 3 years in relevant Supply Chain roles.

**Desired Characteristics**

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supplier Management, Manufacturing, Operations, Production Control, or Supply Chain Management

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact

* Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

* Proven analytical and organizational ability
