Light Industrial Inventory Material Control Support

Job description

**Job Description:**

Compiles records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued. Requisitions needed supplies; verifies material received to determine irregularities in order; inspects articles and rejects defective ones. Prepares inventory records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock counts.

Detailed Scan / Catalog each truck manifest , Including MSAT shipment, manifests

o File away each manifest

Scan all incoming packages

o Save each excel sheet daily

Complete Drivers log for all incoming deliveries

o Scan and save each log daily

Scan completed shippers daily

o Sort into individual files by Shipper number

Upload shipping pictures daily

o Sort into individual files by Shipper number

Move RFS packages from Receive in to Stockroom (Pre move)

Move QC packaged from Receiving to QA pending rack (Pre move)

Assist Driver for deliveries

o Load and offload the truck

Assist S &R personnel organize warehouse

o Move and organize freight via pallet jack

5s Set in order, standardize, shine, sustain, sort

Maintain track a daily spread sheet of activities

Pick components according to daily spread sheet and priorities and prepare kits for manufacturing

Load reels to feeder and load to magazines in proper order and hand off to SMT operator

Label reels with inventory labels and setup kits according to daily/weekly work-center schedule

Cycle count components and perform daily kit audits

Responsible for keeping a neat, clean, and organized workspace

Responsible for reading all documents and historical data to make the process more efficient

Responsible for handling materials and detailed data entry of items into systems

Used automated material identification scanner to move, stack, bins, and select storage locations and pick material per work order

Maintains outstanding records for documenting inventory

Maintains excellent customer relations and developed customer rapport

Process all inventory transactions including ready for stocks, location transfers, reservations, kits, inter/intra program transfers, returns to stocks, incoming customer furnished materials, and etc.
