Our retail brands include Marzetti, New York Bakery and Sister Schuberts, in addition to exclusive license agreements for Olive Garden dressings, Chick-fil-A sauces and Buffalo Wild Wings sauces. Our foodservice business supplies many of the top restaurant chains in the United States.



Overview:

The Commercialization Project Coordinator will work closely with the retail project management group to support commercialization of new and improved items. This individual will support Senior Project Manager on key launch initiatives while driving improved material change implementation with minimal liability. This individual will also be responsible for the accurate set-up of all commercialization master data. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, a keen attention to detail, and a bright willingness to learn.



Responsibilities:

Support and aid the Senior Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key retail commercialization projects.

Maintain project documentation/software to ensure all administrative aspects of a project are organized and follow-up with cross functional team for any missing or delayed deliverables.

Facilitate the set-up of all retail commercialization master data, working with Master Data Management, RD, Procurement, Finance, and Sales

Drive and track successful implementation of material changes with minimal liability. Requires ability to communicate with diverse cross functional team including Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, RD, Regulatory, and Marketing.

Participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture best practices and areas for improvement.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives with the opportunity for ownership.

Opportunity to independently manage 2-3 low complexity projects from start to finish.

Opportunity to gain experience in the CPG/ food manufacturing space and build skill-set in Project Management within a high-functioning Project Management Office.



Qualifications:
  • Required Bachelors degree
  • 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in CPG
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office computer applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Collaborative mindset with a desire to build networks within the organization

Working Conditions/Environment:

Works in a normal office environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, see, hear, sit, stand, talk, type, walk and bend while moving about the facility. The noise level in the office is quiet. Occasional travel to plants or meetings is required.
