**Overview**:

The Client Support Specialist role is a critical part of both our Revenue Growth & Churn Reduction strategy. The role is a mix of both reactive and proactive activities to advocate on behalf of both the customer and Windstream to deliver a best in class customer experience.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Work directly with Senior Business Consultants supporting high value customers

* Nurture assigned account base handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to assess customer satisfaction and reduce churn

* Identify and engage with decision makers to generate leads and set appointments for Senior Business Consultants

* Develop proposals & negotiate pricing within company margin guidelines

* Manage & Maintain customer records and record all activities, transactions, and communications with customers

* Adhere to quality standards, including efficiency, customer feedback, & knowledge-based metrics

* Meets or exceeds monthly churn goals & company initiatives

* Understands the latest products, processes, and promotions to provide the right solution to our customers

* Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Sales Support Team to determine appropriate solutions to meet customer needs

* Close Sales and track orders through service delivery to provide a best in class customer experience

* Participates in Windstream culture to build a positive and motivated team

**Job Requirements**

**Minimum Requirements:**

College degree or equivalent and 0-2 years professional experience or 4 years professional level equivalent related experience; or a combination of education and related professional level experience required.
