**The Goat seeks to hire an Assistant Kitchen Manager to join LC Riversouth in Columbus, Ohio!**

**Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:**

* Assist in leading kitchen standards, training, and developing staff.

* Ensuring the kitchen meets or exceeds all internal standards.

* Preparing orders to recipes specs while maintaining a sanitary work station.

* Manages and audits inventory and controls cost of goods

* Maintains regular communication with the staff and leadership.

**Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:**

* Previous experience leading restaurant kitchen operations required.

* Work requires the ability to align and embrace our Core Values

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* ServSafe Certification required

* Ability to develop a team.

* Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

* Work requires knowledge of workspace health, safety and food handling policies and procedures.

* Applicants will have received a High School Diploma or equivalent.
