Senior Marketing Manager

Job description

The Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading all marketing initiatives at Grand Welcome for both Company Owned, Franchisee, and Business Development initiatives. You will be responsible for running the company-wide marketing budget and ensure that all KPIs are meet and marketing projects are executed per plan and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead all Brand, Guest, and Owner marketing efforts across the enterprise
  • Spearhead all Franchise Development marketing efforts
  • Ensure Grand Welcome s brand voice is used throughout all marketing materials and campaigns
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure campaigns and initiatives are within the budget and meeting KPIs
  • Manage all digital assets
  • Manage the Franchisee onboarding from a marketing and business standpoint with the 30- and 60-days Franchisee meetings
  • Conduct weekly office hours with the Franchisee community presenting and covering marketing and digital topics as needed
  • Ensure conversion and content optimization is in place for website and call center
  • Manage all social media and PR initiatives via third party
  • Manage all digital marketing campaigns for owner growth, guest acquisitions, and brand marketing via third party
  • Responsible for all marketing assets and creative development internally or via vendor
  • Manage 4-5 external contractors
  • Manage the creation and distribution of direct mail campaign for owner growth
  • Mange HubSpot integrations and flow for Business Development teams
  • Drive innovation and to constantly evolve offerings and services of Grand Welcome enhancing brand value
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in revenue, business intelligence, technology, sales, franchisee support, franchise development and executive leadership
  • Analyze website and call center data and with revenue team and marketing team build out comprehensive short- and long-term growth plan for both corporate and franchisee division
  • Provide weekly updates on KPIs and reporting to send to leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, business analysis, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least three (3) years of experience in Marketing strategy, digital marketing, website management and general marketing in the hospitality industry
  • People management experience
  • Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pace environment and apply agile methodologies
  • Exceptional attention to detail, combined with the ability to prioritize and multitask

Compensation

$75-80,000/year
