**Project Support Specialist, NASA Support**

FDSS Greenbelt, Maryland Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Description

Pearl River Technologies is looking for a Project Support Specialist to provide support to the Flight Dynamics Support Services III (FDSS-III) contract. The FDSS-III contract is a cost-plus-fixed fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that provides flight dynamics support services to, and related service support for, the Engineering and Technology Directorates Mission and Systems Analysis Division at NASAs Goddard Space Flight Center.

Specific areas of support include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Perform and track all actions associated with on and off-boarding staff for the contract.

* Be responsible to schedule and track necessary meeting information for certain program-level meetings. This will include: update and maintain meeting minutes, update and maintain meetings agendas, organize and track action items.

* Support the Program Manager in the administration of the contract-wide employee awards program.

* Disseminate required communication from senior program leadership to contract personnel.

* Generate contract-level reports to meet official contract deliverables.

* Track of completion of required trainings for personnel across the contract.

* Performs related responsibilities as required.

Required Degree and/or Experience

* Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience. 4 years of related experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Required Skills

* Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

* Strong organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with sensitive information that is to be kept confidential .

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; ability to interact with all levels of professionals.

* Ability to effectively prepare and present information to Program leadership.
