**Monogram Foods offers a NEW HIRE Team Member bonus of $1,000.00 after 90 days of employment**

**Primary Function: Production Team Member**

Support processing of Snack Food products through sorting, dipping, packing and weighing as well as assisting in other tasks, which prepare product for packaging.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Inspect raw product for nonconformities in quality, box by weight and place on the pallet to be stored for packaging

- Label boxes by weight and product identification

- Assist in the removal of casing and dipping of uncased products

- Assist in the separating, bagging, and boxing processed product.

- Keep work area clean and organized

- Follow GMP/HAACP procedures

- Assist with other tasks as assigned; may assist in other departments

**Materials and Equipment:**

- Metal screens

- Product trees

- Scales

- Cardboard material

Work Environment:

- Stand on concrete

- Hot and cold temperatures

- Fumes or odors

- Wet

- Noise

The Ideal Candidate will have the Following Qualifications **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

- Ability to test and read scales

- Ability to work in a team-based environment

- Hand/eye coordination

- Fingering (picking)

- Handling (holding, grasping)

- Wrist motion (repetitive, flexion, rotation)

- Lift 50 lbs.

- Push/pull 250 lbs.

- Stand 100% of shift

- Personal hygiene
