Qualifications

  • Three (3+) years of digital production experience preferred, within an agency or large marketing department.
  • 1-2 years of experience and strong familiarity with digital products and services (including Google Ads, paid search, SEO, social media, digital display, video marketing, email marketing, website development, and content generation).
  • Strong focus on customer service and ability to present ideas to both internal and external customers.
  • Proficient in MS Office products.
  • Ability to handle stress effectively.
  • Strong communication via phone and email
  • Excellent data entry skills; with special attention to detail.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certification preferred. If not certified, expected to be within 30 days of start date.
  • Strong understanding of display advertising campaigns.
  • Must be highly analytical, flexible and deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to function successfully in team environment.

Job Overview

This position works with our sales team to develop customized, holistic digital marketing strategies for prospective clients, guides the successful execution of sold deliverables, and provides digital expertise to help nurture and grow existing accounts. As a Digital Strategist, you are an in-house digital marketing expert who is relied on to drive growth our market revenue, increase renewability of projects, and act as an extension as our clients marketing teams. The Digital Strategist works closely with the Account Executives to identify marketplace opportunities, engage new clients, develop proposals, and manage the contract process, while ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Works directly with sales account executives to develop holistic digital marketing strategies for 2060 Digital prospect and clients in response to discovery meetings and proposal submissions
  • Creates project scope and budget based on client s goals, target audiences, and potential growth
  • Acts as the lead on post sale execution for digital campaigns
  • Creates and develops thoughtful, creative and goal orientated campaign recaps to be presented to clients on a bi-weekly and/or monthly basis
  • Manages and approves digital production schedules, digital specifications and internal budgets
  • Contribute to the overall team effort to provide the market with the best possible digital sales. Work in a team environment cooperatively and collaboratively with a variety of people. Build working relationships with co-workers, community members, and the general public.
  • Research and stay current on digital trends and opportunities.
  • Liaisons between digital vendors, 2060 Digital team in Cincinnati and 2060 Digital DC
  • Collaborates with members of the production, product, and creative teams to ensure creative is complete, accurate, and timely while meeting client goals
  • Responsible for maintaining and achieving COGS goals for campaigns managed
  • Helps research and analyze new vendors, products, and product trends in the marketplace
  • Other duties as assigned
