Responsibilities:

• Imaging and Configuration: Create and deploy standardized OS images using tools like Microsoft Deployment Toolkit. Configure software applications and settings as per organizational requirements, ensuring proper encryption and security updates.
• Hardware Setup and Testing: Prepare computer hardware for imaging, conduct thorough testing, and collaborate with the hardware team to address any issues.
• Quality Assurance: Perform checks on imaged machines, troubleshoot errors, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Inventory Management: Track IT asset inventory undergoing imaging, coordinating with procurement to replenish supplies.
• User Support and Training: Provide technical assistance to end-users during setup, and offer training on troubleshooting procedures.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate imaging processes for efficiency and suggest enhancements or automation opportunities.
